terms of service

🌟 I won't start any work until payment is made in FULL🌟 I only accept GBP (£) through PayPal. All payment will be sent through an invoice created by me!🌟 If an invoice is not paid within 48 hours (without prior discussion), your commission will be cancelled and slot may be given to somebody else. If your commission has to be cancelled twice, you will be banned from buying from me in the future.🌟 I have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, even without giving the client a reason.🌟 By default, your commission is likely to be posted online as a way of advertising my brand. If you do not wish for me to tag you, you must let me know beforehand. Additionally, if your artwork is a gift (etc.) and needs to be hidden until a certain date, let me know and I can accommodate that too!🌟 You are not permitted under any circumstances to edit the artwork after it is completed.🌟 If you approve the final artwork and then later decide you want something to be changed, I am unfortunately unable to make changes after approval!🌟 My artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless prior discussed! You can use the artwork for things such as pfps, icons, banners, etc. But cannot use it to profit from; like stickers, products, etc.🌟 Proper credit must be used at all times regardless of where you post!🌟 If I have not started your artwork within 3 months, you can request a full refund and I will oblige asap. If I have already started the artwork, I unfortunately am not able to give refunds - this is my only source of income.🌟 Please do not claim my artwork as your own! You retain the right to your character, but not the artwork itself.🌟 If you chargeback on PayPal after the commission is completed, I will share your username with other artists and you will be publicly blacklisted from me.

this isn't a do or a don't, but it is something to note if you are considering commissioning me! my artwork is very bright and vibrant, i love to work with light colours. if your character has very dark tones, please be aware that i may alter the colour palette to fit more with my style, but i won't stray too far from the original design itself! if you would like to discuss this with me further or be part of the altering process for your commission, please don't hesitate to reach out!
